The Desert swallows all.
It's only a matter of time.
In this case this village in Sharjah, U.A.E was abandoned for reason unclear (at least to me). In a period of approximately 15 years the desert began to slowly reclaim its' territory. One grain of sand at a time. Sometimes wiping, sometimes caressing but always there. It is obvious to forecast that in a decade, or less, this village might be lost and reclaimed under the punishing sun and unforgiving heat. It's interesting to think, what other man made objects, civilizations and people may have also had the same fate.
